It might be snowing and in single digit temperatures, but it’s never too early to start planning for the garden season!
I’ve started thinking about what I want to grow this year, and when I’ll need to start seeds indoor or outdoors, and when to transplant seedlings. Here’s the rough plan based on advised dates on seed packets, and past experience. My boldest move is planning to start my squash indoors again this year. Last year I direct sowed and it was not a very productive season.
The schedule is all I’m up to so far. I’ll start some alliums indoors mid-February and things get more exciting from there! See below, and stay tuned for garden updates.
