Things are starting to grow!
Shady corner
Not much activity, except the addition of my rock path. Not sure if they’re doing ok or dying. Definitely not thriving.

West corner
Lemon cucumbers are starting to take off. Sugar snaps peas are getting yellow and wimpy. Not sure this is the best spot for them for whatever reason. Maybe still just not enough sun.

Center section
Look at those beans run! Mint is a little overwhelmed with the heat so I moved it to a slightly shadier spot.

East patio
Helloooo tomatoes! They’re established and growing quickly now! I put the string teepees in place but also have the fence grid to help support them as they grow. It smells like tomatoes!
Also finally got a functioning soaker hose setup, but still working out some details. Worked great for my long weekend in the mountains.

Greenstalk split
I split the green stalk into two sections to hopefully get more sun to the party.

Irrigation and a rock path
I set up my hoses to cover me while on vacation. It’s a dual timer hose controller. One hose goes into the top of a greenstalk, the other runs a soaker hose along my containers in the patio. Some leaks and challenges distributing water consistently down the line, but working it out.
Also acquired several buckets of free river rock from a Denverite converting their rockscape back to something green. Works perfectly for my path over to my corner. Before it was just trampled ground cover and a little muddy.

Gnome report

Florian is the new greenstalk guardian after the traumatic head injury suffered by his colleague last week. Unfortunate for him this means interacting with his arachnid neighbors.
All of the gnomes, and myself, have noticed an abundance of long legs spiders in the yard this year.
Harvest
Nothing.
