I didn’t do great with documenting my harvest this week, but things are definitely slowing down. Most exciting new harvest- I pulled out one watermelon radish because they’re starting to look big. Not sure they’re all ready but so pretty!

Things are getting chilly so I removed many summer plants, and have deployed frost cloth to others. Just waiting to see who survives now.
It has been cool and rainy which is great news for the leafies and rooties, but the season for fruities is wrapping up.

I’ve been busy with other things! The garden is winding dow but we got one more excellent week in with some rain and sunshine so the plants are still going! I’ll probably do fall breakdown in the next few weeks. Still hanging on to every last bit of sunshine.
Harvest
Most exciting harvest this week(ish) was my popcorn. In the spring I planted a popcorn kernels on a whim and now I have an ear and a half of popcorn! Not a bumper crop but still exciting.
