Things are cooling off but many of my producers are still going strong. Zucchini is slower. Cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes are still crushing it. New baby plants for the fall are popping up (carrots, radish, beets, spinach).

Made this NYT Roasted Tomato and White Bean Stew with tomatoes, onion, and Swiss chard from my garden. If my herbs hadn’t died I would have had lots of fresh herbs in there too! So delicious and satisfying to put my harvest to good use.

Squash continues to struggle, some other summer crops are on their way out. peppers and cucumbers are still crushing it.

Fall Garden- the next generation

I’ve started a new generation of seedlings for my fall garden. I assume I’ll need to construct some protective measures as things cool down, but we’ll see what I’m able to get for the fall season.

Still lots of tomatoes, first harvest of the teeny currant tomatoes. Still not a lot of beans despite having 6 pole bean plants going.
